If you are ever invited for "tea" in Hong Kong, you are really being invited to dim sum. The dim sums are generally small dumplings or pieces of meat that are fried or steamed. They can be salty or sweet. They make wonderful hors d'oeuvres. During this 4-hour workshop, we will prepare the following: Shrimp Toast, Shiu Mai (Pork Dumplings), Lemon Chicken Wings, Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers, and Stuffed Rice Noodles.
