Senior Centersxxx

Senior Centers offer topical speakers, resource information, some health screening, exercises, table games, handicrafts, needlework, special occasion celebrations, a variety of entertainment, occasional field trips, fellowship, friendship, massage, snacks, and cultural activities. In addition, instruction is available in foreign languages (Spanish and German), computer skills, internet access, arts and crafts, t'ai-chi, current events and dance. A low-cost lunch is also available.
